Hi! I'm Yevvie, a self-taught freelance artist, worldbuilder, conlanger, cartographer, indie game developer, neurodivergent advocate and a cat mom.
I've been doing art professionally since 2014, although - like many others - I've started creating much earlier. Throughout my teen years I have written a handful of short stories and created three distinct homebrew worlds for tabletop gaming, one of which eventually led to creation of my personal IP,
Varyel Universe.
I've always wanted to be a storyteller, and despite the natural affinity for written words in my native language, I have found that my true satisfaction comes from the visual storytelling. In my art I focus on fantasy realism, where everything has its place and logical in-world explanation for happening. It pushes me to creating artwork so detailed that I can narrow down a reason why the character wears certain materials or colors and how that affects the world around them.
